In order to accommodate live coverage of the women’s international football, the schedule will change.
Tonight’s episode of Emmerdale will air at a slightly different time. On Tuesday, October 11, the ITV soap opera, which usually airs at 7.30 p.m., will instead air at 7 p.m.
Live coverage of the women’s international football will now be possible thanks to the schedule reorganization. England will play Czech Republic in the match, which will take place at Brighton’s Amex Stadium. The game will start at 8 p.m., but coverage will start at 7.30 p.m.
Emmerdale will resume airing at its regular time of 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12 and Friday, October 14, but on Thursday, the hour-long episode of the soap opera will air at 7 p.m.
Many significant storylines have been planned for the 50th anniversary of the soap opera throughout the month of October. Many characters have returned to the village, including Aaron Dingle, a fan favorite who has recently learned of Chas and Al’s cheating scandal.
Aaron was horrified to see Chas texting Al in a recent episode and was anxious to tell his father Paddy everything. but went to Al instead, and smacked him in the face.
He continued by threatening to kill and bury him if he didn’t stay away from his mother. The soap opera’s producers have hinted at an explosive episode for its anniversary, so despite some characters returning, viewers may have to say goodbye to some village regulars.
