So allow us to assist you in transporting your thoughts to these magnificent, enchanting weddings and reliving the touching love tales of our favorite Home and Away couples.
Aden & Belle
On the day of Belle and Aden’s wedding, the phrase “in sickness and in health” never had more significance. Belle (Jessica Tovey) had terminal cancer and wasn’t expected to live very long, so it was a bittersweet event. Aden (Todd Lasance) told Belle, “Babe, I’d be a fool not to marry you.”
When Jessica does get married, her own wedding will be a little different from her on-screen travels down the aisle, she told TV WEEK.
“I’m probably simply going to be married in shorts and a T-shirt after wearing so many bridal gowns,” she said. said Jessica.
Vinnie & Leah
This important day couldn’t be derailed by a large crew of interfering family members! For their large church wedding, Vinnie (Ryan Kwanten) and Leah (Ada Nicodemou) merged their Scottish and Greek heritages.
Ada, 38, tells TV WEEK, “At the time, I hadn’t been married before, and it was the first time I’d put on a veil.” I adore a Home And Away wedding, so it was great.
Ada reveals that the bridal dress’ corset was really tight, nevertheless.
She laughably describes the actual experience of recording the scenes: “I wore that awful dress for two weeks and I was all injured because it was boned.”
Sally & Flynn
The young girl we had seen mature began to walk down the aisle. On her wedding day, Sally (Kate Ritchie) had to battle a runaway horse and some rain clouds. But she arrived at the altar in time to marry Flynn (Joel McIlroy). Even though her clothing was damaged and covered with muck, the wedding would still go on nonetheless.
Kate, 37, tells TV WEEK, “Sally will always have a particular place in my heart, even though I’ve done a lot of fantastic things afterwards.
Noah & Hayley
Hayley walked down the aisle to marry Noah with her deceased father’s ghost at her side. Under a white canopy, the seashore Summer Bay wedding ceremony took place.
The two uttered their tender vows, “May I speak to you with my eyes, may I listen to you with my heart.”
Then, Kane (Sam Atwell) and Kirsty (Christie Hayes), who had renewed their vows, joined Noah (Beau Brady) and Hayley (Bec Hewitt) for a joint wedding reception.
Shane & Angel
The wedding of Shane and Angel stands out as one of the most memorable ones at Summer Bay. Who can forget a wheelchair-bound Angel (Melissa George) standing up and approaching Shane (Dieter Brummer) along the aisle?
When she got to Shane at the altar, he said, “You look lovely.
Only a few weeks had passed since Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher), who hit Angel with his automobile and paralyzed her, proposed to the teenage lovers.
Martha & Jack
This couple made two tries to be married, not just one. At their first wedding, Martha (Jodi Gordon) and Jack’s (Paul O’Brien) vows alluded to their journey to the altar. Nude runs and the “fake spider” incident were among them. When the Summer Bay stalker set up an explosion at their celebration, the wedding was wrecked. Both lived, but their marriage eventually fell apart, and Martha left. Following Martha’s fight with illness and the death of her unborn child, they were remarried on the grounds of the hospital.
Jasmine & Robbo
Jasmine, played by Sam Frost, and Robbo, played by Jake Ryan, are getting hitched in Summer Bay in a gorgeous church ceremony. But as advertisements for the film warn, “there will be no honeymoon,” we know that not everything goes as planned. We eagerly await the outcome.
