He’s been seeing Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) for a while, and despite the fact that he nearly killed both her and Tommy Slater (Sonny Kendall), she has remained by his side.

Who is EastEnders star Steve McFadden dating?
Actor Steve McFadden of EastEnders has been dating Karen Cairns for a while.
Since the couple prefers to keep their relationship out of the public eye, very little is known about Cairns.
However, they have been together for about ten years, and in June 2016, they welcomed their daughter Frankie.
The Sun was informed at the time by a source that Steve and Karen were thrilled to have little Frankie.
Although they were both surprised by her pregnancy, they are now very happy.
But like his on-screen persona, McFadden has had plenty of romantic relationships over the years.
His childhood sweetheart Sue Marshall, with whom he has a son named Matt, was the subject of his first committed relationship.
At a party in Salisbury in 1995, he ran into his current girlfriend Angela Bostock after their relationship ended.
However, this was also short-lived, and the 63-year-old later began dating one of his co-stars.
McFadden began dating actress Lucy Benjamin, who portrayed Lisa Fowler, one of Phil’s ex-wives, in 1999.
They dated for four years, but it wasn’t meant to be, so he started dating Angela again.
Before they permanently split up in 2005, McFadden and Angela had two daughters, Teona and Mollie Jane.
His next relationship was with Dr. Rachel Sidwell, whom he allegedly met in 2008 while driving to pick up the kids from school. They were together for over a year.
The couple gave birth to their daughter Amelie Tinkerbell in September 2009 during this time.
