The 33-year-old ex-Home and Away star announced the happy news on Sunday on Instagram.

After only five months of dating, Sam confirmed on her podcast that the couple got engaged.
In May, Jordie proposed to the stunning Bachelorette while they were traveling from the Northern Territory to South Australia.
