Lily Slater, who appears in EastEnders, is the oldest child of Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), who was discovered to be expecting following an ultrasound.

Although it would have been intriguing if Lilia and Lacey had a relationship outside of the set, the actresses are not related; rather, they share a last name.
