Isobel Steele, a star of Emmerdale, has revealed the tragic news that her dog Ralph has passed away.
On social media, the actress who plays Liv Flaherty in the ITV soap opera shared the emotional update with followers.
Isobel posted the following message to her Instagram stories: “Rest in peace Ralph. I adore you a lot. Do not be forgotten.
Along with her caption, the 21-year-old posted a picture of Ralph next to her other dog.
Isobel joined the Emmerdale cast in 2016 and plays Liv, Aaron Dingle’s younger sister (Danny Miller).
Since her debut, Liv has been at the center of a number of narratives, including a sobering alcoholism narrative and becoming a suspect in the murder of Ben Tucker, who was killed by assassin Meena Jutla.
Aaron left the village because he thought Liv was responsible for the murder.
He came back earlier this week with the intention of atoning. But Liv has had a hard time forgiving him for leaving her.
She has had a lot of difficulty with it this year. Isobel spoke to bbcnewz.online
She has had to put a lot of effort into getting over Aaron leaving because it left a huge hole in her life.
In contrast, Emmerdale will air special 50th anniversary episodes later this month in which the titular village will be devastated by a deadly storm.
