In Emmerdale, Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) and Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) knew they could never maintain their secret for good.
After Reuben was born, Mackenzie realized he wouldn’t have much time with Charity (Emma Atkins) before everything changed and the truth came out.
And since we’re talking about Charity, Mack has undoubtedly spent sleepless nights worrying about how she would exact revenge after learning that her husband has been deceiving her for months.
How will Charity respond then? Could Charity make a comeback if she discovers Mackenzie’s horrifying betrayal?
Certainly, Emma Atkins hopes so.

In light of Charity’s problematic prior relationships, Emma remarked, “She is kind of a wounded human.”
“I think she needs to work on herself before she might later latch on to someone,” I said. She might be a one-woman band.
What happens to Mack when the truth is revealed? Lawrence joined Emma for the conversation and said:
He is undeniably drawn to Charity at first. If he didn’t love Charity, he never would have married her. At first, getting Charity back would be his top concern, but he rapidly realizes—and rightly so—that this is not going to happen. He goes and assists Chloe, poor Chloe.
He obviously has a lot to deal with because his baby is in serious peril. I believe that’s what makes everything worse, and we all know that’s what drives Charity to ultimately learn the truth. He’s juggling a lot of different things, and his priorities are all over the place.
