Samson Dingle of Emmerdale has not embraced fatherhood, and Amelia Spender will be upset by Lydia Dingle’s choice to talk to her in upcoming scenes.
This week, Samson Dingle (Sam Hall’s character) in Emmerdale reached a new low when he reported the mother of his child to social services. Samson (Daisy Campbell) may come to regret his aloof behavior when Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) steps in to support Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell), who has been having trouble adjusting to motherhood.
Samson will continue to make it clear that he has no interest in the baby Esther in the episodes airing the following week.
Despite Samson’s opinion, Lydia goes shopping and purchases items for her grandchild.
She keeps the items hidden from her stepson to show how committed she and Sam are to being involved in their grandchild’s life.
Lydia and Sam’s gift moves Amelia, and she consents to let them approach Esther.
Samson feels betrayed when he sees his father, stepmother, Dan Spencer (Liam Fox), Amelia, and Esther together in the café.
When Samson realizes Esther cares about the family, Lydia hopes he will reconsider his opinion of her.
Lydia offers to plan the christening of her granddaughter, which will enrage Samson.
Later in the week, with Amelia’s help, Lydia is happily concentrating on organizing the christening.
Amelia squeezes Jack Downham’s (Naomi Dingle) hand to let him know he’s included as they discuss their options.
Samson hears the commotion but is conflicted when he realizes that he doesn’t fit into the new family Esther’s arrival has established.
Will he get angry at Sam and Lydia for making him feel uncomfortable in his own home?
Samson would hope that his father and stepmother would support him even though they might not agree with his choice.
Samson may be considering leaving after realizing he no longer fits in at home.
The teenager recently caused fans to worry that Amelia would be judged to be an unfit mother.
Samson cruelly made fun of Amelia as she struggled to cope with her newborn child.
How many prosperous teen mothers are in your network? Samson enquired. “Before you know it, you’ll leave college, have babies number two and three, and Noah will once more be unemployed. That is class, indeed!”
He later ran into Noah and started making fun of him for becoming a stepdad.
Samson forewarned his cousin that he would ultimately break up with Amelia: “If anything, being with Amelia is making things worse. She receives false hope from you. You’ll ultimately mess it up.
He continued, “I want nothing to do with Amelia and nothing to do with that kid.
Samson then placed a covert call to family services to report a possible case of neglect involving the infant Esther.
