Kim Tate and Will Taylor of Emmerdale are getting married in a lavish ceremony, but there could be trouble as the bride confronts Will’s ex, Harriet Finch, before the ceremony.
The lead-up to Emmerdale’s explosive 50th-anniversary episode will ultimately feature a confrontation between Kim (played by Claire King) and Harriet (Katherine Dow Blyton) on the big day, according to official ITV soap opera spoilers. Will the unresolved conflict between Kim and Harriet overshadow the celebrations?
Vicar Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin), who is under a lot of pressure, is shocked to see bride-to-be Kim riding before her wedding.
There are growing tensions between the two as Kim looks at Harriet from her horse.
Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) is concerned at Home Farm when Will (Dean Andrews) tells him that the wedding might not happen because he and Kim need to talk it out if they want to move forward.
As soon as Kim gets home, they start arguing about Harriet.
Will firmly places the initiative back in Kim’s hands by adamantly stating that he does not want to be with his ex.
Has he said enough to convince his wife to return? Harriet is shocked to see Kim when she later confronts her.
She snaps at that moment and snatches Kim by the throat. The bride’s response:
Can Kim persuade Harriet to stop pursuing her man in any way?
The wedding guests are settling in at the church while waiting for Kim to arrive.
The guests go outside as soon as they hear that the elegant Kim will be riding in and enjoy the spectacle.
The wedding ceremony starts, and when it is over, the wedding party is startled by how strong the wind is as they leave the church.
Will disaster strike as the celebrations get underway since it appears that the big storm will start soon after the ceremony?
The recent conflict between Will and Harriet over Kim in Emmerdale will be seen by viewers, and Harriet expressed her worries that Kim would accuse her of killing Mark Malone (Mark Womack).
Will argued, trying to reassure Harriet that Kim wouldn’t use the murder against her. “That’s all dead and buried,” he said.
Concerned about Kim’s plans, Harriet yelled, “We’ve only got her word for that.
She continued, referring to Kim’s animosity towards her: “She’s marking her territory, like the b**** she is.”
Making a territorial mark? Will questioned angrily, and Harriet answered: “She is aware of my threat, Will! Her nose picks it up.”
Just because you were once my ex, you say? Will questioned, making Harriet enraged.
Oh, is that it, then? She inquired. All I am to you is that.
Harriet later acknowledged that she still had feelings for Will, saying, “I guess that’s what 20 years of history does.”
What should I say, exactly? Uncertain of his next move, Will enquired of his former love.
Harriet insisted, “That you can’t marry her, after all she’s done to Dawn!”
We were so good together, and I know I ruined everything, including everything that happened with Malone, she argued.
Will interjected, “Should be left in the past,” and Harriet yelled, “Pushed you into the arms of that monster!”
Will was about to leave when Harriet argued that he wouldn’t be content with Kim.
Since Kim is aware that Harriet is pleading with Will to leave her, she must come up with a strategy.
Do you think she threatened to reveal Malone’s murder after confronting Harriet?
Perhaps she threatened to end her own life in order to permanently separate herself from Will and Harriet.
It appears that the wedding is just the calm before the storm given that the village’s 50th anniversary celebrations for the soap are marked by a hazardous weather event.
Will things get to the point where Kim and Harriet have the ultimate showdown?
