After his dark secret is revealed on the ITV soap opera Emmerdale the following week, Mackenzie Boyd won’t have anyone to turn to because not even his own blood will talk to him.
When Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) learns her husband Mack Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is the father of Chloe Harris’ (Jessie Ellands) child Reuben, her world in Emmerdale is about to fall apart.
Charity’s life has never been easy, but when she married Mack last month, she believed everything was going well.
After learning how ill baby Reuben has been, he has started acting strangely lately.
Next week, when Charity and Chloe visit a recovering Reuben in the hospital, Charity realizes she has been growing suspicious.
When Charity gets to the hospital, she observes Mack holding the infant next to Chloe as they are ecstatic that Reuben did not have a brain bleed.
She almost passes out in the hallway in shock when she realizes Mack must be the baby’s real father.
Lawrence, who plays Mack, gave Express.co.uk a sneak preview of the explosive episode’s plot.
The Scottish star continued, “He’s done a bad thing.” He did not approach the amendment in the proper manner.
When questioned about how he handles the fallout from his actions, he revealed: “His sister [Moira Barton] is not proud of him right now.
“But Moira has gone through the runner with, you know, doing mischievous things in the past as well,” the runner continued.
He said that because she is “pretty cross” about the situation, she would tell Mackenzie that he “screwed up” and that.
When Mack has no one else to turn to, will the siblings work things out or will Moira reject him?
“I think initially he definitely wants to be with Charity,” continued Lawrence. He would probably prioritize trying to win Charity back at first. But he quickly realizes that it’s not initially going to happen.
The Charity actress Emma talked candidly about whether Mack was her character’s true love.
She remarked: “I think she met her match in Mackenzie, in the sense that they were both a little bit rebellious.”
Will Charity ever get over the fact that Mack cheated on her with Chloe and is the father of her child, or will she find a way to forgive Mack?
