Following Paddy Kirk’s disappearance from the village, Emmerdale viewers have begun to worry about their favorite veterinarian.
Fans of Emmerdale were happy when Paddy Kirk (played by Dominic Brunt) and Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) recently spent a passionate night together and it appeared that their love might be on the mend. However, when the vet abruptly vanished, things took an unexpected turn. Paddy was last observed carrying a knapsack as he left the village.
Mandy recognized a problem and informed Chas Dingle, Paddy’s ex-wife (Lucy Pargeter).
To help discover Paddy alive and well, the police have also joined the search.
In a recent interview with Lorraine Kelly, the actor who plays Mandy was candid about her plot.
Lisa made light of the possibility that Mandy and Paddy’s past would soon be repeated.
Lorraine started: “His closest pal will be there. Do you not believe they belong together?
Mandy and Paddy “are supposed to remain together despite everything that has happened.”
Lisa said as she hinted at a romance for the favored members of the community, “You know when you look in the window and there is a giant cheesecake and you want it all.”
“I’ll only offer you a small piece of cheesecake. You consumed a small amount of the breadcrumbs towards the bottom last night.
“Then we will give you another piece because you don’t want the whole cheesecake all at once, do you?
“Maybe on Christmas Day you might need it, but we are only in February.
“But yeah, me and Dom love working together and it comes across.
“You can tell that comradery comes through the screen and the writers see that and write more of it, but who knows?”
The eventual reconciliation of Mandy and Paddy is also anticipated by viewers.
I hope Mandy can save Paddy from the abyss, Sacha wrote on social media when she posted her thoughts.
Are Mandy and Paddy reconciling then? #emmerdale, Thomas questioned.
Kerry continued, “Emmerdale it would be fantastic if paddy and mandy did get back together.”
“Make Paddy and Mandy permanent! #Emmerdale,” Jamie pleaded.
Roberto went on to tweet: “Emmerdale time I think Paddy and Mandy will get back together they suit each other more Emmerdale.”
Dan wrote: “Really want Paddy and Mandy back together Emmerdale.”
