After having a liaison with Chloe Harris last year, Emmerdale farmer Mackenzie Boyd thinks he is the father of the child, but the fans aren’t so sure.
In events that were shown on last week’s episode of Emmerdale, Chloe Harris, the new mother, begged Mackenzie Boyd (played by Lawrence Robb) to leave the hospital since he couldn’t be Reuben’s father.
After their one-night stand, the adolescent informed Mack that she was expecting his child, but after watching Monday night’s episode, viewers believe Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) may actually be the father.
By asking Mack to assist out on the farm, Nate attempted to divert his attention, but a heated argument soon ensued, and the farmer stormed off.
“Why is this happening to me?” you ask. You might be approaching it from the incorrect viewpoint, his friend responded when Mack questioned him.
Nate continued when asked what he meant, “Do you love Charity?”
“You know I do, why else would I marry her?” Mack questioned.
Nate said, “You need to focus on her, she is your priority,” and Mack responded, “So I just stop worrying about my dying kid?”
Nate advised him, saying, “First of all, you need to stop thinking the worst and he’s not really yours anymore, he never really was.”
Are you suggesting that I should reject him instead? Nate retaliated by saying, “I am saying you have, you could have confessed months ago.” Mack then questioned.
Fans have developed their own beliefs about whether Mack is the biological father ever since Chloe revealed to him that she was expecting.
In an odd paternity twist, many people have speculated that Nate might be the father of the child.
“Why do people keep saying Paddy is the father that’s just talking stupid it’s Mack’s or Nate’s,” Patricia Hearn asked on an Emmerdale fan website.People need to observe the program thoroughly since they are speaking stupidly. (sic)
According to Rosemaire Martin, “It’s just easy to blame Mack because he’s so gullible why hasn’t he done a DNA any man would want to know for sure if he’s the dad he wants a baby so bad he’s not thinking straight Chloe knows this.”
Laura Christie continued, “I think it’s Nate.”
Karen Smith said, “Definitely Nates,” while Christine Munns said, “I think it is Nates baby…thought this all along…..we will wait n see.” (sic)
Additionally, Marie Miley merely recited: “Nates.”
Christine Claridge added another theory to the discussion, saying:He will require a blood transfusion, and although Mack supplies blood, it is not the baby’s blood, thus he is not the father.
Some fans think Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) or Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) is the father.
