Following Thursday’s episode, in which Mackenzie Boyd confronted Chloe Harris about her pregnancy, Emmerdale viewers believe they have “sussed” what a significant Christmas storyline will be.
Chloe (Jessie Elland), who had a one-night stand with Mackenize (Lawrence Robb) earlier this year, has decided to keep the child she gave birth to. Chloe learned on Thursday’s episode of the ITV soap that Mackenzie had determined he is the father after learning from Charity that she is pregnant after struggling with her pregnancy secret for weeks. They both agreed that no one would learn that Mackenzie is the father as they talked about their strategies. The villager then returned to Charity Dingle’s house and got down on one knee.As a result, Emmerdale viewers believe they have “worked out” a major reveal for a Christmas wedding.
Mackenzie hurried over to find out the truth as soon as he learned about Chloe.
Chloe sneered as he entered, “Well, there’s no need to guess what this is about.
“Less than a day,” said Charity, “I knew she wouldn’t keep her mouth shut for long.”
Then it’s true, right? Mackenzie enquired, shocked and seeking explanations.
The 19-year-old replied, “Before you say anything, yeah, it’s yours and yeah, I’m going to keep it.
“I can’t have this baby with you, Chloe, sorry. Everything will be destroyed by Charity “Mackenzie responded right away.
He continued to blame Chloe by inquiring: “Why in the world did you think that? Do you even know what a morning-after pill is?”
I don’t remember you calling around with one, Chloe retorted, stunned.
She went on: “What? You didn’t think of it, did you? similar to how a condom didn’t?”
Mackenzie apologized and enquired: “Do you really desire a child? Have you given this any thought, say?”
“Are you aware of how offensive that is?” Chloe disagreed. Of course I’ve given it some thought.
So why didn’t you speak to me earlier? McKenzie enquired.
As Chloe objected: “I did try! I took the test that day, but you were too busy treating me like trash and telling me to leave.”
Later, Mackenzie continued: “Try to comprehend that things between Charity and I right now are really great. All of that would be destroyed by having a child.”
Chloe said, “I’m not asking for anything,” to which Mackenzie replied, “You think we can keep it quiet?”
Chloe remarked, “Well, it beats the baby growing up knowing its dad didn’t want it to exist.
Look, if anyone has any questions, it was a hook-up from a dating app with a loser with a fake name, she continued.
The worried resident murmured, “You’ve got it all figured out.
He went on: “I’ll figure out how to take care of maintenance for you. I don’t really lose that much.”
Fans anticipate that the couple won’t be able to keep their secret for very long.
After the conversation, Mackenzie went home and proposed to Charity. Charity was thrilled and told everyone right away.
Fans of soap operas believe the plot has been “solved” with a wedding now anticipated in the lead-up to Christmas.
