Meena Jutla, an Emmerdale serial killer, left the ITV soap in 2022 after her murderous deeds were made public.
Meena (Paige Sandhu), who recently arrived on Emmerdale, had a dramatic time in the Dales where she had killed five people. After attempting to kill her sister Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker), Meena was finally defeated, giving the locals a sense of security. Fans have speculated Meena may return to the ITV soap after seeing Paige with her former co-stars, though.
The actress Rebecca Sarker shared a picture of Paige sitting next to her and her former co-star Fiona Wade on Instagram.
The two actors played two close calls with Meena but were able to escape with their lives.
Fans of Emmerdale went crazy over the picture, with many speculating that it might portend her comeback.

Meena was brought to justice for the murders of Ben Tucker (Simon Lennon), Leanna Cavanagh (Mimi Slinger), Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale), her father, and a friend named Nadine in the past.
Also recently, fans hypothesized After Rishi Sharma’s (Bhasker Patel) home was broken into, Meena had returned.
However, soap opera executive Jane Hudson recently addressed rumors that her return was imminent as supporters clamoured for her to make a comeback.
“Once you’ve done a story as big as Meena’s story, you have to know when to bring it to a close,” she told Metro.co.uk last summer.
“I think we utilized it to the fullest extent, and it was absolutely brilliant, Paige was absolutely brilliant, and Meena is currently in jail,” said Paige.
Paige gave Inside Soap magazine the following explanation regarding her departure last year: “I love her so much that I will miss everything. I find her to be hilarious.
“She has such a magnetic personality, and everything about her is strange. She’s so bizarre, and playing such a bizarre character is so much fun.”
Paige continued: “Entering those gloomy spaces is incredibly gratifying, but there’s also that slightly comic edge, which is always enjoyable.
“I love her flamboyancy. I think everything about her I’ll miss.”
Actress Rebecca also spoke about work with Paige and their relationship as friends and sisters in the soap.
She told Lorraine Kelly: “She’s committed to the role. It’s been fantastic to play with her and play against her.
“We’ve explored that sisterly relationship, it’s a love/hate relationship there, I hope that comes across on screen.
“It’s been great fun. She’s meticulous with her prep and execution. We bounce off each other. I think I’m starting to take on some of Meena’s warped traits.”
