Fans of Emmerdale are wary of newcomer Chloe Harris after she told her fling Mackenzie Boyd that she was carrying his child. Fans don’t believe he is the father, though.
In Emmerdale, Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) has been putting pressure on Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) after admitting she was carrying his child. Mackenzie has agreed to work with Chloe to find out who Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) was having an affair with before he passed away in order to keep their one-night stand a secret.
Chloe has developed her own theories and has so far claimed that Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) is Al’s mistress.
Priya, however, put an end to the accusations, and Chloe focused on Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb).
Chloe thinks that Al was killed by Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) because he learned Moira was having an affair with his rival.
She surmises that Moira’s sudden departure from the village is related to this.
The teen is unaware that the shots that killed Al were actually fired by Kyle (Huey Quinn), Cain’s son.
After having a brief relationship with Mack earlier this year, Chloe also has a secret of her own.
Chloe was recently seen having her first scan, indicating that she intends to keep the child.
Although Chloe has convinced Mack that the child is his, the audience isn’t as sure.
Some people even think Chloe is trying to reveal Al’s affair in the wrong way in order to hide her own secret.
Elizabeth Edwards, who also shared her theories on the father’s identity on social media, suggested that “Maybe Noah is Chloe’s baby father, not Mack and that be a big twist for Emmerdale.” (sic)
Wouldn’t it be a plot twist if Al had slept with Chloe and caused her to become pregnant? suggested another fan.
Shannon pleaded, “I need Chloe to tell everyone who her baby daddy is.
O continued on Twitter by saying: “Could Chloe please keep this in mind as she accuses Priya of covering up her relationship with Mack while she searches for the identity of Al’s mistress? #Emmerdale.” (sic)
Anyone could be the father of Chloe’s child, according to user @VampLover27.
When Chloe learned she was expecting, some fans thought Nate (Jurell Carter) or Jacob might be the father (Joe-Warren Plant).
Not being funny at the time, a fan remarked, “If Chloe was expecting Nate or Jacob’s child, she’d either be due soon or at least be seven months along.”
But if it’s true, Mack might have to deal with two pregnancies if his girlfriend Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) gets pregnant once more after their passionate night together.
During the hour-long episode on Sunday night, Mackenzie romantically proposed to the proprietor of the bar.
Chloe texted Mack while they were toasting with a glass of champagne, pressuring him to find out if Moira was having an affair with Al.
As the episode came to a close, Mack was seen hugging Charity while disregarding the text.
Mackenzie beaming, “I am quite excited about marrying you.
Charity answered: “But does it count? If the engagement hasn’t been officially consummated?”
You might be on to something there, Mack said. What will we do about it, then?
