After Kat Slater confronts Alfie Moon about their panto kiss, Tommy Moon of EastEnders will be worried about the future of his family.
Despite Kat Slater’s engagement to Phil Mitchell, Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) of EastEnders has been determined to win her back ever since he returned to Walford (Steve McFadden). However, Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) will be perplexed and concerned about his mother’s relationship with Phil as a result of his latest attempt to win over his ex-wife.
Alfie continues to work on his pantomime preparations in the upcoming episodes, but he’s not pleased with Honey Mitchell’s (Emma Barton) lead role.
When Honey becomes suddenly ill, disaster strikes, but Alfie begs Kat to intervene.
As the pantomime day approaches, Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) panics when he realizes his costume is too tight, and Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) and Felix Baker (Matthew Morrison) argue over solos.
Alfie, on the other hand, is only concerned with practicing Prince Carlo and Snow White’s kiss.
Kat, on the other hand, declines to kiss him, derailing Alfie’s plans.
The cast is baffled by last-minute script changes that have changed Kat to Snow White as the panto begins.
The panto is a huge success, even though Kat and Alfie had to improvise to make it work.
Before kissing Kat, the wheeler-dealer makes a long speech at the conclusion that is obviously about his love for her.
Kat is upset with Alfie after the panto because he tried to kiss her after she declined.
She demands an explanation, but Alfie instead declares his love for the mother of his children and reiterates their compatibility.
Later on in the week, Kat receives a visit from DCI Samantha Keeble (Alison Newman), who instructs her to return Phil to Walford.
Kat wakes up the following morning with a hangover and discovers Alfie having a good time in the kitchen.
After spending the evening reflecting, has Kat given Alfie the information he desires to hear?
Tommy enters the room as they are arguing and leaves, furious with his parents.
When Kat chases after him, her son comments that she seems much happier when Alfie is around.
In a fit of rage, Kat tells Alfie to leave Walford so their boys won’t be further confused.
Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier), who has been away from Kat for years, tells him that despite his heartbreak, he must earn his place in her life.
In another scene, Kat confides in Lacey Turner’s Stacey Slater about her thoughts on Alfie and Phil.
After Alfie makes a significant contribution, Kat agrees that his family can participate in a significant Moon Christmas.
Upon realizing why Phil has returned, Kat’s initial confusion over her feelings about his sudden appearance gives way to anger.
Phil rejects Alfie’s request for Kat and the boys to attend the Christmas carol fundraiser.
The angry father confronts the Mitchell tough guy because he won’t take no for an answer, but will Phil change his mind?
As Alfie’s relationship with their kids deepens, it is clear that Kat must make a choice. Will she be able to forget about his abandonment of her or will Phil persuade her that they deserve to start over together?
Meanwhile, as Phil reveals the tragic cancer diagnosis for Lola Pearce (Danielle Hardwick), Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) is enraged with Phil for leaving.
