In the episodes airing the following week, Rocky Cotton and Mitch Baker of EastEnders express growing concern for Harvey Monroe.
When Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) doesn’t show up for their scheduled meeting, Rocky Cotton (Brian Conley) loses some of his enthusiasm for the World Cup. Rocky then hires Mitch (Roger Griffiths) to locate his missing friend after they haven’t seen him in a week or two. Rocky is confused by this. However, after their search, things worsen when more EastEnders residents get involved.
The BBC soap’s official spoilers reveal how Mitch and Rocky locate Harvery with the aid of Stacey (Lacey Turner).
However, they are horrified to see their troubled friend in the unsavory conditions of his run-down apartment.
While attempting to reassure them that nothing is wrong, Harvey informs them that he has reconnected with the enigmatic Sophia.
He tells his concerned friends that after she previously stopped speaking to him, he is once again in love with her.
Kathy (Gillian Tayforth) finds it annoying that Rocky is determined to learn more about Harvey and his partner rather than assisting her.
Rocky’s busy partner informs him that she needs his assistance because she is stretched.
Her partner decides to take matters into his own hands in an effort to make amends and gets in touch with Bobby Beale and Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) (Clay Milner Russell).
He asks Bobby, who is hesitant, if he can deep fry some cupcakes that Kathy is having trouble selling.
Rocky’s strategy fails, so the foolish businessman seeks out another way to assist Kathy.
Bobby also steps in and confronts Kathy with some unpleasant truths, unintentionally motivating Rocky to devise a fresh strategy.
Rocky then makes the decision to meet Mitch after they talk about Harvey.
Rocky makes a startling admission to Mitch that leaves him speechless.
What admission might there be? What will Mitch think of Rocky’s remarks?
Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) makes the decision to join them in their investigation into what might be wrong with Harvey’s odd relationship.
After getting some bad news, the former Queen Vic landlord overhears a conversation between Rocky.
Alfie suggests Rocky may be being ‘catfished’ after interrupting Rocky’s discussion of Harvey’s obsession with Sophia.
Rocky keeps looking into the matter and tells Harvey what Alfie might be thinking.
Even though they’ve only ever texted each other, Harvey keeps defending the connection.
After hearing Alfie’s bad news, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) finally gives him some advice.
Will Harvey and Rocky’s relationship turn out to be a scam, and is Rocky being too honest?
