In upcoming episodes of EastEnders, Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) is about ready to give up on a relationship ever occurring with Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), as Stacey (Lacey Turner) sets her up with a date.
Since Eve told her that she and Suki had kissed, Stacey has been worried about her friend. She is certain that if Eve keeps holding out hope that Suki will ever reciprocate her feelings, she is only setting herself up for heartbreak.
Stacey is more certain than ever that she must take action to divert Eve’s attention away from Suki after witnessing Suki abruptly dismiss Eve as she speaks with Kheerat (Jaz Singh Deol) about a business meeting.
In order to find someone for her to date, she creates an online dating profile for her and even arranges a meeting at the Albert.
Even though Eve is unimpressed by Stacey’s interference, she chooses to go along and meet the woman she has been paired with. Uncomfortably, Suki is the first person she encounters as she gets ready for a meeting with Ravi (Aaron Thiara) and a new contact.
Will Suki’s presence cause Eve to lose focus on her date, or will she realize that nothing will ever happen with Suki and that it would be better for her to forget about her?
