However, Lily Slater will be worried in upcoming scenes of the BBC One soap opera when Amy (played by Abbie Burke) reveals she intends to sleep with Denzel (Jaden Ladega).
Amy is determined to make the most of the evening that her father Jack (Scott Maslen) and his wife Denise Fox are not home.
Later, Lily is found to be concealing something by Stacey Slater.
The owner of Stacey’s Baps decides to inform Jack once she realizes what it is.
Denzel shows up at Amy’s house in the meantime but rejects her plans, telling her he’d rather take things slowly.
The couple kisses, but a furious They are interrupted by Jack, who storms in and throws Denzel against a wall.
Jack is holding Denzel against the wall as Denise, her sister Kim, and Denzel’s father Howie all attempt to calm him down.
Denise goes above and beyond to diffuse the situation, but Amy is adamant that nothing happens.

Later, Denise converses with Jack, but just as he begins to settle down, his boss calls.
He learns during the call that he is the subject of an investigation after being accused of assaulting Denzel.
Jack is enraged and hurls accusations at anyone who might be to blame.
He is shocked to see Amy and Lily arguing about the incident at home.
Could this be connected to his own problems?
Could the investigation against him have been started by Amy?
Or perhaps Denzel had made up his mind to attack him?
Sam Mitchell, his former lover, is skulking around the Square, which makes things worse for Jack.
When the latter offers to listen to him, Jack is taken aback.
After a few drinks, though, she leans in for a kiss, and Jack is blind to the presence of onlookers.
