The closeness of Stacey Slater and Ravi Gulati on EastEnders is expected to leave Kheerat Panesar feeling underwhelmed.
The tension between Stacey and Ravi has undoubtedly increased as a result of the fact that Ravi has been flirting with her ever since he arrived, as fans will be aware.
Ravi’s involvement in Ranveer Gulati’s disappearance and death, along with his mother Suki, has not yet been made known to Kheerat.
In brand-new scenes for the soap opera, Kheerat snaps at Stacey for drinking after she inquires about his obsession with Ranveer’s whereabouts.
An enraged Kheerat interrupts Ravi’s flirtation with a buzzed Stacey as he enters the kitchen.
Later, he confides in his mother Suki about his misgivings regarding Ravi and Ranveer, but she dismisses him.
In other EastEnders news, the drama made a last-minute reference to the passing of Queen Elizabeth II by having Kathy Beale, Linda Carter, and Denise Fox reflect on how the loss had affected them.
Kathy compared the Queen’s demise at the time to “Having lost our grandmother, Linda responded: “We have! The nation—well, we’ve all lost our grandmother.” After toasting “Long live the King,” Linda added: “We’ll never see anyone like her again.”
The soap has also confirmed the exit storyline for Frankie Lewis, in which Rose Ayling-Ellis’ character is presented with a new opportunity in Scotland, for later this month. Her last scenes as the character have already been recorded by the actress.
