After learning that her son is expecting a child with Lily Slater, Sam Mitchell of EastEnders appears ready to leave Albert Square.
The reveal that Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf’s character) is going to Germany is going to astound son Ricky Jr. Additionally, Ricky Jr. is about to find out that Lily Slater’s (Lilia Turner) unborn child belongs to him. Will Sam leave EastEnders or remain in Walford to support her son?
Fans were distracted when Olivia Hawkins appeared in the most recent episode of EastEnders as Sam struggled with her life in Walford and what she wanted.
In the episode from Wednesday, the islander could be seen spying on Sam as she left the club.
When they realized Olivia was staying in the South African Love Island villa, BBC viewers gasped.
Twitter was flooded with viewers asking if the actress they were watching was actually there.

Later, a Love Island representative confirmed that Olivia from the BBC soap was involved.
As Shona McGarty’s body double in the soap opera Whitney Dean, Olivia has previously appeared.
She admitted to doubling for Whitney Dean on one of the New Year’s episodes in an interview with The Sun prior to her time on Love Island.
So, yes, even if it was just a drop-in, it would be a very satisfying moment to continue as one of the characters.
