Albert Square is home to many complicated and tangled EastEnders families, many of whom are connected to one another in some way.
When she first encountered Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) at a hotel, Denise Fox (Diane Parish), a character on EastEnders, was on the verge of giving in to temptation. However, she intervened at the last second to end their flirtation. But their story isn’t over yet, as Callum Highway (Tony Clay) discovered she was meeting Ravi that evening while viewing CCTV footage. Vi Highway (Gwen Taylor) has been spending time with Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker), who will soon have to say goodbye to his new friend.
How are Denise Fox and Patrick Trueman related in EastEnders?
When Patrick Trueman went to his ex-wife Audrey Trueman’s funeral back in 2001, he made his first trip to Walford.
After many years apart, he finally got together with his sons Paul (Gary Beadle) and Anthony Trueman (Nicholas Bailey), and the brothers eventually came around.
Later, it is revealed that Paul is the son of Patrick’s closest friend Milton Hibbert, whereas Anthony is his biological son (Jeffery Kissoon).
Nevertheless, they remain close, and when Paul is later killed after becoming involved in the drug trade, Patrick is heartbroken and continues to refer to Paul as his son.
Years later, Denise learns that one of Patrick’s band, The Five Hectors, included her father, though she isn’t sure which one.
Despite knowing he isn’t Denise’s father, Patrick pretends to be because he has become very attached to her and her kids, Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) and Libby Fox. They undergo a DNA test (Belinda Owusu).
When the truth is revealed, Denise is initially upset but eventually forgives him because she has always valued having a father figure in her life.
Later, in 2009, Denise’s half-sister Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) is introduced, and Patrick also acts as a father figure to her.
Kim and Denise had always thought of themselves as half-siblings because they had the same mother, Emerald Fox (Doa Croll).
In 2018, she made the shocking claim that they weren’t even biologically related. Thankfully, a DNA test disproved her claim.
Chelsea’s father, serial killer Lucas Johnson (Don Gilet), and Libby’s father, Owen Turner, are both raised by Denise (Lee Ross).
Kim, on the other hand, is the mother of Pearl and Mica Fox, whom she shared with her late husband Vincent Hubbard (Richard Blackwood).
Vincent disappeared in the middle of the night in 2018, and authorities are unsure of his current whereabouts.
However, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) finally acknowledged his assassination by an Aidan Maguire hitman two years ago (Sean Maguire).
Delroy Atkinson’s children’s entertainer Howie Danes, who discovered Vincent’s wallet at a dump and kept it, is now dating Kim.
Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega), Howie’s son, was dropped off by his mother Delilah Danes and is now residing with his father (Chereen Buckley).
Denzel is currently dating Amy Branning (Ellie Dadd), Denise’s stepdaughter and the offspring of Jack Branning (Scott Masden).
Amy was the daughter of Roxy Mitchell (Rita Simons), who passed away alongside her sister Ronnie Mitchell (Samantha Womack) on New Year’s Day in a swimming pool.
Denise is also the stepmother of Jack Mitchell’s (Kim Medcalf) and Sam Mitchell’s (Frankie Day) son Ricky Branning, who will soon become a father with Lily Slater (Lillia Turner).
