In this week’s episodes, Eve starts to develop doubts about the circumstances surrounding Suki’s startling murder confession.
Suki Panesar thought she had killed Ranveer Gulati in scenes that were broadcast last month when he was attempting to attack her.
As soon as he saw the damage, Ranveer’s son Ravi (Aaron Thiara) sided with Suki and agreed to assist her in cleaning up the area.
He turned out to be still alive, though.
Ravi realized Suki had a hidden camera recording the entire brutal encounter as he finally killed his father.
Back in the present, Kheerat feels annoyed to see Vinny and Ash distributing flyers to promote the reopening of Walford East.
Eve urges Kheerat to go to the opening because she notices Suki doesn’t seem quite right.
Later on, though, Eve overhears the resolution of a dispute between Ravi and Suki and urges Suki to explain her concerns to her.
Kheerat is urged by Eve and Stacey to attend the opening of Walford East, but he declines.
Suki is worried about explaining Kheerat and Ranveer’s absence, but as the launch party gets going, Eve walks in with Vinny, Ash, Stacey, and Kheerat, and she immediately puts her fears to rest.
Suki freaks out when a friend of the family asks Kheerat about Ranveer, but Ravi steps in.
Aaron Thiara, who plays Ravi on EastEnders, revealed to DS that he recently joined the show and was greeted with “open arms.”
The cast of “The Panesar Family” is so incredible and wonderful to work with, he said, even though it may sound cliche. They accepted me with open arms and let me bring a fresh perspective to the family.
“They’ve given me the self-assurance to work with actors who are so eager to receive and then give without expecting anything in return. It is very much a family, and I’ve been fortunate to be a part of it, without sounding corny.”
