Eve Unwin from EastEnders has been struggling with her feelings for Suki Panesar and is devastated by the news of her impending nuptials to Nish.
Because Suki (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve (Heather Peace) have always harbored a secret love for one another, their future as a couple has never been certain. When Suki turned down Eve’s advances and decided to give her husband Nish a marriage blessing, their future together as a couple was put on hold (Navin Chowdhry). Eve started to worry when she noticed Suki’s behavior changing after Nish arrived, and according to EastEnders spoilers, Eve may soon express her concerns.
In upcoming scenes, Nish informs Suki that their marriage blessing ceremony has been moved up to Thursday due to a change in the schedule.
Suki, who is debating whether or not she wants to marry him, tries to delay things by arguing that there isn’t enough time, but Nish pushes things along by changing the date.
Later, the Panesar residence’s tap breaks, forcing Suki to contact Mitch for assistance in order to fix it before Nish discovers it.
After discussing the pressures of family life, Suki becomes more sympathetic toward Mitch and offers him a permanent position as a handyman for their tenants.
Nish observes Mitch leaving No. 41 and watches him in a jealous rage from the opposite side of the square.
Recently, Stacey and Eve were forced to close their bap van, but thanks to a loan, they are now able to reopen and raise much-needed funds.
Nish approaches Eve as she is working in the van and asks if she can help Suki and pick up her wedding attire.
Suki accepts her offer because she cares about her, and she complies, which causes chaos because Stacey is left to take care of their customers by herself.
After a heated argument between Stacey and Eve, Stacey storms off to the Minute Mart and threatens to come clean if Suki doesn’t start treating Eve with respect.
As Suki and Honey have a private past, Nish later invites Honey to their marriage blessing, which makes Suki and Honey uncomfortable.
In another scene in The Vic, Nish, who is envious, calls Ravi in a threatening manner after Mitch unintentionally reveals that he has been assisting Suki with their tenants.
Nish invites Eve and the rest of the Slater gang to the marriage blessing ceremony in an effort to brag about his engagement to Suki, which leaves Eve unsure of what to do.
Suki overhears Nish and Ravi discussing Mitch at Walford East, and the two get into a heated argument.
Suki, anxious about the consequences if she doesn’t make Nish feel like the only man she wants, assures him that he is the only man for her.
Later on in the week, Eve visits the Panesars in an effort to win over Suk one last time, but they end up getting into a heated argument.
When they hear the front door slam, they have to stop talking, but who was it and what did they hear?
Has Nish overheard their conversation and realized his future wife isn’t interested in being with him?
Will Nish reveal Suki during their wedding ceremony if he overheard their conversation as retaliation?
Suki is suspicious of anyone listening in on her conversation with Eve the day of the marriage blessing.
To Suki’s horror, Eve attends the marriage blessing despite struggling with her emotions.
