Fans of Coronation Street recently witnessed Stephen Reid retaliate by killing Teddy Thompkins after he started to remember what happened to his son, Leo.
On Friday’s episode of Coronation Street, Stephen (Todd Boyce), who was about to learn who killed Leo (Joe Frost), punched Teddy (Grant Burgin) in the head with a hole punch. Stephen has now claimed two victims, which Todd Boyce claimed surprised him when he learned the dark course his character was about to take.
Stephen was able to get Teddy back inside Underworld as he charged toward him outside as they were able to converse.
Teddy was visibly upset when he asked, “Would you like a whiskey?” He responded, “No, I want answers, what have you done to my son?” after being unimpressed.
Leo hasn’t been harmed by me, but I did lie and say you saw him in Canada, Stephen said.
“I wished for you to find resolution. He doesn’t care about you, he ignores your messages, and everything else I said before is still true. I wanted to spare you more heartache.
Teddy exclaimed: “But I don’t believe what I’m being told!” “I no longer enjoy this, no, no!
“Why would he claim to be in Canada if he wasn’t if the text I received from him was sent from here? It doesn’t make sense!
“So I believe it was sent by someone else. Stephen continued to lie: “Why would I text Leo while pretending to be you? I think that someone else has to be you.”
“Because you wanted me to think that he had gone to Canada and all the other lies you have told me, not to go back, not to try and find him because you know he is not there,” Teddy joked.
Teddy refused to be calmed down by Stephen’s assertion that he was talking “nonsense,” saying, “I don’t think it is.
“I believe you got rid of my son to get your hands on Jenny [Connor],” said Connor, to which Stephen responded, “This is absurd.
I understand there was some tension between us, but do you really believe I would hurt him in any way?
Teddy yelled in rage, “Liar! You are lying, and I’m going to show you! I believe you killed Leo! Let’s hear from the police first.
“They checked my availability for a nice stretch of time, and when he said, “You’re going to be a killer,” I imagine the blood probably started to drain from my face.
He kindly asked if that was okay with me after I had the thought, “Oh my god, I’m going to be a baddy,” before the blood returned to my face and I realized that this was going to be amazing.
Then he said that there would eventually be another murder, and that time has come sooner than I had anticipated.
Since I only hear rumors about what will happen to me through the grapevine and it is such a wonderful place to work, I have stopped inquiring about what will happen to me.
