Next week’s episodes of Coronation Street will feature an unexpected death that leaves Hope Stape devastated.
Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) has been kept from becoming fixated on her serial killer father by Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) and her husband Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall). They recently made the decision to purchase a chinchilla for the child to care for as a pet, but they might come to regret it in upcoming Coronation Street scenes.
Kirk Sutherland (Andy Whyment) and Beth Tinker (Lisa George) are going on vacation, but they need someone to watch their dog Peanut, according to ITV soap opera spoilers.
Hope receives a visit from Kirk, who offers to pay her £5 to watch the dog for the night.
Hope, who is unimpressed by the offer, offers to watch over Peanut for £10 instead.
The boy’s offer is accepted, and Kirk agrees to deliver the dog later.
But soon after entering the house, Peanut begins growling at Cilla the chinchilla.
Hope is appalled to discover Cilla’s cage wide open, but nothing could have prepared her for what she discovers next.
Hope screams in agony as she searches the room for the chinchilla after discovering Cilla’s lifeless body on the carpet.
The offender, Peanut, observes the youngster’s distress from her dog basket.
Hope’s loss of the pet might be a setback that leads her to return to her previous obsession with her homicidal father John Stape (Graeme Hawley).
Hope’s chinchilla was a gift from Fiz and Tyrone to distract her from her morbid fascination with death.
When Fiz and Tyrone learn how upset Hope is about Cilla, how will they react?
Throughout the year, Hope’s behavior will get more challenging, but there are also a lot of hilarious moments, producer Iain MacLeod told thesuns.info and other media.
In light of the upcoming plot, he continued: “She develops a mild obsession that causes issues for Fiz and Tyrone.
“Their problems are over, but as a parent, your problems are never completely over!”
Future parenting of Hope will present some challenges. Without revealing too much,
“Due to Hope’s actions, an adult neighbor and a chinchilla get into an unpleasant argument.
Although some Coronation Street viewers predicted Cilla wouldn’t live long, nobody anticipated Kirk’s dog would actually kill her.
I hope to have that chinchilla in the oven before next week, @Greg Phillips tweeted recently.
How much longer will Hope torture and kill this helpless chinchilla, asked @Soph cheekbones?
