Sean Tully, a stalwart of Coronation Street, makes snap judgments, and because of a lack of trust, he and Laurence encounter a brick wall in their relationship.
This week, as their relationship hits a rough patch, Sean Tully (played by Antony Cotton) is caught trying to unlock his new beau Laurence Reeves’ (Robert Shaw Cameron) phone. After an innocent attempt to take a photo on Coronation Street goes wrong, the pair struggles to get over their trust issues.

When they go out for a night in Weatherfield, their love story starts to fall apart after Antony asks to take a picture of it in its early stages.
Before their big evening, a delighted Sean asks their friend Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) to do the honors.
But every partner’s worst nightmare comes true when Todd views a picture on Laurence’s screen that he dislikes.
Todd’s phone suddenly displays an image, and he is unsure of what to do.
Coincidentally, Sean tried to unlock his new love’s phone after being left in the Rovers’ Return with it.
Sean, to his dismay, is caught by Laurence, who takes the phone from his hands.
Has Todd revealed to Sean what he saw earlier that shocked him?
Or is it possible that Todd erred by drawing the wrong conclusion and ruined their relationship?
a furious Sean is left inside the bar after Laurence storms out, embarrassed by his betrayal, but it’s possible that his instinct to check his phone was right.
Later on in No. 11, Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) encounters a distraught and ashamed Sean who is seeking guidance.
The helpful friend tries to cheer him up and says some encouraging things.
She advises him to make a big gesture to get his attention in order to demonstrate his love and trust for his furious partner.
Unlucky Sean makes the decision to hand deliver a sizable bouquet of flowers to Laurence’s workplace.
Sean is then even more hurt when Laurence isn’t present because he thought that this was a surefire way to make amends.
After what appears to be a betrayal of trust in the pub, Sean is feeling awful, but perhaps he had cause for concern.
There are some good reasons to be happy with a hint of dark humor on the horizon, as there always is with Sean.
When Sean gets home, he finds Glenda in trouble with her face all red and blotchy, which almost makes him smile.
She decided to get a facial using Mary’s ultra wand, which is what led to her abrupt change.
