Hope Stape from Coronation Street has a fixation on learning more about her murdered father John.
Viewers of Coronation Street have observed a young Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) become more interested in her murderous father over the past few weeks. Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) and Tyrone (Alan Hansell), who both exhibit violent tendencies, have done their best to provide as much protection for her as they can. Fiz, however, is oblivious to her daughter’s growing obsession in scenes that will air the following week.
Over the past few years, viewers of the ITV soap opera have seen Hope exhibit some concerning behavior, which has recently intensified.
Hope appears to have developed an obsession with learning more about the murderer since the recent publication of the tell-all book about her deceased father.
Her mother Fiz and Tyrone tried to hide everything about John Stape in an effort to shield her from the horror stories about him, but with little success.
The 11-year-old began selling her father’s book for a profit and even enrolled in the ominous group chat “Legacy of Evil.”
However, when she threatened two older girls at school with a hammer and was expelled, her aggressive behavior started to resemble that of her father.
Viewers saw the young person hold a séance with her two friends in an attempt to make contact with John from beyond the grave, even though she has since returned to school.
When a bag of research that the book’s author had given to Fiz leaks out of the cabinets, the kids are terrified.
She asked her mother to buy her a cassette tape for her birthday without saying why, having discovered photos and audio tapes in her dad’s collection.
Next week, viewers of Coronation Street will be able to watch scenes in which Hope is completely spellbound while listening to her John Stape tape.
Despite the fact that Fiz and Tyrone are completely blind to it because they are caught up in their engagement bubble.
After overhearing Fiz lament the strain of wedding planning, he is covertly setting up for them to exchange vows during the holiday season.
The eager groom-to-be shares his plans with Kevin and Abi the following week as he exhibits the dress he’s selected with Gemma’s assistance.
