On Coronation Street, there is one character you should avoid running into right now, and that character is double-murderer Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce), who is starting to develop a taste for violence now that he has defeated two of his enemies, Leo (Joe Frost) and Teddy (Grant Burgin).
But when Carla fires him from the factory in upcoming episodes, she runs the risk of upsetting Corrie’s most recent murderer.
First, she degrades him by telling him to assist Kirk (Andrew Whyment) with packing, which former fashion mogul Stephen considers to be well beneath him.
When he runs into an old business partner named Dick Havisham, the situation worsens. When Carla informs Havisham that Stephen is assisting with packing, he feels completely humiliated in front of his former coworker.
Along with murder, Stephen is a very skilled liar. He often does so to try to look good, and he does it again with Havisham by pretending to be a senior consultant.
Despite Stephen’s protests that he was only trying to save face after Gabrielle (Helene Maksoud) ripped him off, Carla nevertheless fires him.
Could she be setting herself up to be Stephen’s next victim if she makes this fatal error?
