Although there are plenty of cheating scandals on Coronation Street, could two of the newest couples soon be broken up by an affair?
The characters of Summer Spellman (portrayed by Harriet Bibby), Aaron Sandford (James Craven), Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney), and Jacob Hay have all appeared in recent Coronation Street episodes. The trio’s plan has been working out well, and only they are aware that Summer is expecting a child and intends to give the child away. Jacob has been worried about Summer, though, and has been doing what he can to help given her precarious situation. However, viewers of the ITV soap opera believe they have seen a spark between the couple. Could they both cheat on their partners and friends at the same time?
On Thursday’s episode, Summer was getting ready for work when she began to feel ill.
“I’m sick once more,” She acknowledged, appearing anxious.
“Again?” Aaron queried. How long have you been experiencing this discomfort?
The youngster answered, “Not that long,” but worried Aaron advised her to remain at home.
He said to her, “God, you look awful; you can’t go in like this.”
Well, I must!” Jacob, Summer’s coworker, responded to her complaint by making her a kind offer.
I’m about to leave, so should I get started on the work that Carla (Alison King) left for you?
Jacob’s offer was immediately accepted by Summer, who responded, “Oh, would you mind? That’d be incredible.
Amy became more unsure as Aaron concluded, “Thanks, mate.”
Jacob, I know you’re trying to help, but you don’t want to get into any trouble, she said.
“I won’t!” “Just get in when you can, yeah,” Jacob insisted, adding to Summer.
However, it turned out that Amy was right, and Carla wasn’t happy that Summer had given her responsibilities to Jacob.
She questioned, “Why is Jacob messing with our filing system? ‘He’s sales, not admin,”
He offered to fill in for me because I wasn’t feeling well, Summer said.
“I choose what goes in your job description, don’t I? Carla exploded in rage.
Summer’s boss demanded the pair as she expressed her regret: “You’re both on a warning.”
Later, Summer told Carla once more that she hadn’t intended to disappoint her.
Carla eventually said, “I understand it must be really difficult managing diabetes, so consider yourself unwarned.”
Summer asked in a hurry, worried about Jacob: “Both of us?”
“Yes, you both!” Carla answered. But please come and talk to me if there’s a problem, okay?
“Avoid working so hard that you harm yourself.”
Then Jacob approached Summer and inquired: “Are you alright? Is the manager still irate?”
Summer told him, “She’s okay, she ignored our warnings.
Jacob chuckled, “Oh, well, that’s big of her. “You need help with anything,” I ask.
No thanks, I want to show Carla that I can complete my work independently, Summer said.
Just take it easy, yeah? Jacob questioned, looking worried. Summer “pinky” promised her not to push it too far while raising his finger to her.
However, viewers appeared to believe that the two might be having a relationship.
