Fiz and Tyrone’s wedding day disaster

Fiz’s presents are undeniably disappointing, being a box of chocolates and a keyring. But Tyrone has big plans and shares a secret grin with the girls.

However, the trio discovers a message from Fiz advising them that she has gone to get a turkey when they subsequently descend the stairs while wearing their bridal attire. Ty then contacts Fiz’s phone in a panic only to discover that she left it at home. Ches and Gemma, however, advise him to proceed to the hotel while Bernie and Dev wait for Fiz after discussing with them.

The problem is that Fiz’s automobile breaks down on a country road, leaving her without a phone and forcing her to go for a phone booth. Meanwhile, Tyrone is left to inform the guests that the wedding has been postponed and that they should instead go to the Rovers for the buffet. But Fiz has stopped a passing walker named Chris and explained to him.Will he save her in the current situation?

Max moves in with Griff

When David makes a joke about Griff during Christmas dinner at the Platts’, Max jumps to defend him before storming out of the table.

On Boxing Day, David will lose his cool as he tries to eject Max from the holiday market after noticing Griff making out with Max. Max, though, lashes out and declares to David that he despises him and that he is moving in with Griff.

Griff requests that Max update a few of their movies when he has settled in at his new residence. Toyah, in the meantime, has returned to the Street and has warned a scared David that Max must be rescued from Griff’s grasp because he is a dangerous guy.

Stephen is exposed?

Stephen is under pressure from a lot of sources, but Teddy, Leo’s father, who has returned to town with the bad news that his son never made it to Canada, poses the largest threat. And to top it off, Weatherfield was the sender of the SMS he sent. Teddy wants to tell Jenny the news, but a van runs into him as he crosses the street.

Teddy is then sent to the hospital, where things quickly go worse. But Stephen is secretly overjoyed and tells Jenny that Teddy admitted to having seen Leo in Canada, where it was made clear to him that he never wanted to see either of them again, just before Teddy’s accident.

Gail, who has been speaking to Gabrielle on the phone, confronts Stephen as his falsehoods begin to backfire. In the meantime, Sarah and Michael quit their jobs at the factory, only for a quivering Stephen to announce that he is unable to locate the money to support their business plan.

Todd makes a move on Laurence

When Sean says that he and Laurence are going to the Peaks for the night, Todd becomes envious. But when they get back, Laurence chooses to talk to Todd about it, saying that it’s obvious he doesn’t like him and would appreciate the chance to change his mind.

The ambiance improves over a bottle of wine, but Todd then goes in for a kiss. Sean is left in a rage when he subsequently admits that the flirting was reciprocal!

Summer faces Billy

A letter containing Summer’s salary is delivered to Mike and Esther when she stops at their residence. As a result of their act of reconciliation, Summer informs the couple that she is willing to speak with their attorney regarding surrogacy.

Summer, however, is taken aback when Billy, who had been called by Esther, shows up on the scene. What is he going to think of her choice?
