After spending the day on the cobblestones with her three-year-old son Mexx, Brooke Vincent has left fans pleading with her to come back to Coronation Street.
The actress, who portrayed Sophie Webster in the ITV soap, posted a number of pictures from her special day out on social media.
Outside the Rovers, the 31-year-old posed with Mexx and snapped several photos of her oldest son exploring the country’s most well-known street.
She posted on Instagram, “Today I took Mexx back to Corrie.” “When I was here before, she was on the verge of giving birth to him!”

Brooke finished off her statement by saying that the street is ‘still a big part of’ her, and fans called for her to stage a comeback as Sophie.
‘We need Sophie Webster back,’ exclaimed one online user, while another added: ‘Please come back!’
Over three years ago, Sophie left the street named after her to embark on her travels after her girlfriend Paula Martin (Stirling Gallacher) bought her tickets.
Brooke actually left the show to take maternity leave. On October 23, 2019, she gave birth to Mexx with Kean Bryan by her side.
The soap star announced in November 2020 that she was expecting her second child, and in May 2021, Monroe was born.
It had been anticipated that Brooke would eventually reprise her role on Corrie, but a story in The Sun last year claimed that she has no plans to do so.
Everyone anticipated Brooke would return to the soap opera, but her contract expired two years ago, and there are currently no plans to do so, an insider told the publication.
