Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) worries that Danny Miller (Aaron Dingle) will reveal her affair with Al Chapman to everyone (Michael Wildman).
Aaron accuses his mother of breaking her word and continuing to see Al, but she disputes this.
Chas coerces her son to permanently leave Emmerdale in a cruel move, but Paddy Kirk is concerned by her lack of reaction to the news (Dominic Brunt).
Al tries to put a stop to Kerry Wyatt’s (Laura Norton) plans for a wedding in the meantime.
Bob Hope clashes with Bernice Blackstock over storm fallout

Samantha Giles’ character, Bernice Blackstock, moves quickly to put together a team to repair the damage.
However, Bernice’s deputy Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) quickly develops a grudge against her.
Can they put their differences aside and concentrate on the task at hand?
Chloe Harris exits soap as pregnancy secret exposed
When Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) worries that his indiscretion will be discovered, Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) finds it difficult to deal with her secret.
Kerry is annoyed by Chloe’s actions because she is not aware that she is carrying Mackenzie’s child.
While Kerry cries out for her to stay, the soon-to-be mother decides it’s best for her to leave the village.
Kerry, however, is shocked when Chloe finally admits that she is pregnant.
David Metcalfe saves the village with a new business idea
After the storm, David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) returns to the community.
He needs to start attracting customers once more, Bernice reminds him, if he wants to keep his company alive.
Bernice comes up with a plan to save the shop and the village, despite David’s worries that it’s too late.
Will the entrepreneur be able to bring the community together?
Residents of Emmerdale were last week left on a heartbreaking cliffhanger.
While his father Sam Dingle (James Hooton) was getting better in the hospital, Samson Dingle (Sam Hall) was nowhere to be found.
He was buried in the forest, as shown in a cutaway as Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) searched for him.
